The Two Day Weekend Intensive meets over the course of one Saturday and one Sunday for 4-5 hours per day. This option is ideal for parents who wish to complete their childbirth education in one weekend. The Two Day Intensive is a blend of lecture, video, demonstration and practice and will include, but not be limited to:

  • Pain Medication Options during childbirth

  • Labor Support Options
